How To Become Smart:

Start by reading more for your down time. If you do watch TV, try to watch something useful and not useless. Of course, it is okay to be entertained. My point is to get books or audiobooks and spend hours in them daily. It is good to learn what others do in particular situations and how they do it. Wisdom is more valuable than money. You can show up to work everyday and earn a paycheck, but what about all the other important parts of life. We are not animals meant to waste away into nothing. We have purpose and we have the ability to learn.

How To Rent An Apartment:

The first thing is to save money for the expenses. You need money for the furniture, but you also need money for the down payment of the apartment. Get a job. If you work 40 hours you can pretty much afford a one bedroom in any city. Of course I recommend a one bedroom if your single or married with no children. Start by saving money little by little after your expenses are payed.

How To Find A Spouse:

Find someone that looks and acts like a good potential spouse. Sure that person who is funny could be a great spouse, but does that person have a job or do drugs? Try picking someone for the good qualities that appeal to you. Do you want someone who has a job great, but what about someone who is respectful. Go to places that offer a place to strike up conversation that you and your pontential spouse can talk. This could be a school or work, but also go to events that your spouse could find you. If you find someone you want to ask on a date, try to think ahead before asking on the details like where you will go and what you will do. Don’t just find someone you can kiss, but find someone that you can get along with after the kissing is over. Don’t find someone who just knows how to party, but find someone who can hangout with you after the party is over. Most importantly, just like getting a driver’s license, you have to study and prepare. Learn what it takes to be a good spouse. Learn what it takes to be emotionally intelligent to process all the emotions that come from being in a relationship. Finally, find someone that you can get through tough times with, because life can be challenging at times, and you need someone to help you not hurt you.
